MARKETING COORDINATOR
Basic Function
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email and offline channels
- Create compelling marketing content such as social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters and promotional materials
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends, opportunities and target audience preference
- Identify and analyze existing marketing funnels and create / recommend appropriate funnels for each brand
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and contents, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives
- Manage and update marketing calendar, marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities
- Gather and record customer feedback, reviews for in-depth analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in marketing strategies
- Research and qualify possible brand exposure opportunities and activations
- Manages social media accounts, creates / schedules content within Audrey's Branding rules
Preliminary Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field with 2 years experience in the related field or area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset and attention to detail
- Able to manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel and Outlook (or any email application), Canva / Photoshop and Google Apps
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, marketing funnels, analytics platforms and content management systems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build good relationships with stakeholders
- Availability for possible field work or travel
SERVICE SUPPORT - BARISTA (Events)
Basic Function
- Prepare and serve drinks / food items for event calls and in-store
- Assigned on events and cake deliveries
- Assigned on food cart installations, dessert / events setup
- Assists on cakes and desserts assembly (fondant covering, assembly, framework construction etc.) when needed
- Knowledge on carpentry work is an advantage
Preliminary Job Requirements
- Preferably male (due to extensive physical work)
- At least High school graduate, with background / work experience on drink and food preparation
- Willing to work on field / travel and in varying shifts
- Willing to work in Southwoods, Binan Laguna
- With good communication skills
- Must be proficient in English language
- With good customer service skills and knowledge
- Must be a detail oriented person with good level of literacy and numeracy
- Must be flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in compliance with company Dress Code Policy
ASSISTANT BAKER (PASTRY)
Basic Function
- Assist in the coordination of all cakes and pastries throughout the shop along with assisting in receiving, storage, issuance, preparation and presentation of these food items.
- Produce all baked goods for the shop to meet production schedule, including but not limited to: artisan breads, pastries, cakes and other desserts
- Produce daily production schedule for cake decorations (frostings, fillings, sugar decorations, etc.)
- Assist production head whenever necessary
Preliminary Job Requirements
- At least high-school graduate; vocational degree in Baking and Pastry Arts is preferred or relevant culinary/bakery experience in cake shop or bakeshop
- Knowledge in pastry-making (such as croissants, danish, laminated doughs, etc) and operation of relevant equipment is preferred
- Must be flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in compliance with company Dress Code Policy
BARISTA (PART-TIME)
Basic Function
- Prepares and serves hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment
- Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers
- Receives and process customer payments
- Provides assistance or service to the production team like assembling dessert, preparing filling or frosting of desserts or cakes, packing etc. as needed

- With good communication skillsmust be proficient in English language
