Macarons

We ensure our desserts are packed well and stabilized for safe delivery. If you'll have them picked up, make sure to put them on a flat and stable surface while in transit as they are very FRAGILE. Always carry the boxes straight and upright, both hands supporting the bottom of the box.

Macarons are best eaten at room temperature or slightly chilled. If you are serving them on the day that you pick it up from us, you can chill it or keep it out from direct sunlight in a cool area. If chilled, best to take out 15 minutes prior serving.

Macarons will keep well for up to 4 days after purchase. To preserve freshness, plastic wrap the bakery box or transfer to an airtight container. Remove from the chiller half an hour before serving.

For macarons with print, best if keep them in an airtight container at an air-conditioned room, away from direct light, heat and moisture. Whenever possible, avoid chilling to prevent any condensation. Avoid sudden change in temperature to prevent any moisture or condensation inside the packaging. Any moisture or condensation might affect the edible print and cause blotting or smudging.

Cookies

Our cookies are best served and eaten warm. To reheat, warm at 170C for 3-5mins or if frozen bake at 170C for 10mins or until warmed through.

Store our cookies in airtight container to keep them for 5 days up to a week. Freeze them on the day of purchase to keep them up to a month.

For sugar cookies, store them in airtight container to keep them for 5 days up to a week. Freeze them on the day of purchase to keep them up to a month. Design on sugar cookies with edible print may gradually smudge or lighten as day passes due to edible ink absorption, please keep them away from direct light, heat or any moisture and best served on day of delivery or pick-up.

Pastries (Choux, Croissants and Danishes)

Our pastries are freshly baked on the day of pick-up / delivery and best consumed immediately.

Should you need to reheat, warm at 180C for 3-4mins (shorted for pastries with toppings / coating). Avoid using airfryer or microwave when reheating.

Pastries without filling are best stored in airtight container for 2-3 days at room temperature or up to 7 days, properly wrapped and frozen on day of purchase. Those with fillings are best consume right away but if you need to consumer for later, wrap them and keep them chilled.
